Re: 50NL, 134 BB\'s deep; AA check raised on 5cTs7s
relativity_x,
I fully understand your point about us having a redraw. I just feel that removing the NFD from villain's range here hurts our equity more than removing our redraw does. Feel free to disagree. If villain is almost never doing this with the NFD anyway, then you're obviously right and I'm wrong. If he does this at least occasionally with the NFD, then it's certainly debatable. |

[ QUOTE ]
With this low of an aggression factor, I'd think this is almost always a set. I'd say it's close to a fold/push. I'd be leaning more towards the push if we had the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. [/ QUOTE ] The backdoor draw would probably help you quite a bit less than adding possible A high flush draws to his range by not having the A of spades here. I agree that draws are probably not as likely as some other holdings but I think they're definitely possible, particularly if he thinks he has 12+ outs. EDIT: I see I am not the first person to mention this. |

most semi-passive donks, minraise with the NFD---not a strong 3x re-raise.

i think call + shove a bricked turn > shoving > folding.
edit: but its close |

Re: 50NL, 134 BB\'s deep; AA check raised on 5cTs7s
in position i can see myself calling and pushing a brick turn if checked to but a fold is also close. dont like pushing, all sets combo draws are calling so EV vs a push is worse than calling and pushing blank turn.
