i imagine it would be pretty damn hard to eat at all.

probably something along the lines of all those heavily hung-over mornings when you feel the massive void in your stomach but cant bear to even think of food. starving but not hungry.

Naw I think eating would be fine. You could probably even enjoy textures and even spicy foods to an extent. Also, it be very easy to eat healthy.
