I think you need a read that he will NOT slowplay AA, KK pre before you can go with something as weak as AQs. If you know SB would NEVER cold call a button raise with a big pair then sure, this will then be 88-JJ or the occasional retarded AT, AJ or random Axs.

I would want that read though before hero calling.

what are u ahead of ? AJ Ax a bluff, stove that range vs more likely ranges and it looks like your far behind. Don't be afraid to fold if ur 3b doesnt work. 3b is mainly for the folding factor and getting people to push when u actually have the goods, ur at best 50/50 vs any pair =[
