Thanks Jeffrey and others.

I might post a more detailed explanation of my diet on here, but it isn't really anything that people haven't seen before.

Or maybe I should put up more pictures or something.

Or maybe my workout, although it's pretty pathetic compared to the hardcore guys in this forum.

Has to be something else to do here...

Let's say we were going to In 'N Out burger. Instead of a double cheeseburger with fries and a soda, I would get two hamburgers w/o sauce and a diet soda. My meal still tasted great, but I cut out over half of the calories.

Order Protein Style. They wrap the patties in lettuce rather than a bun. Pretty tasty still. Nutritional Info

Congrats. I've been on sort of the same diet before and lost about 40 lbs. However, I recently moved to LA and have been eating out too much and have gained about 15 of it back. It's time for me to get back to it.

Wow, didn't know they had that. I did know they have a big secret menu that isn't listed, but I wasn't aware of the lettuce option. Oh well, I'm back east anyway...

Hrmm, maybe I'll post a typical day...

First, I'm not a big fan of breakfast foods, so while I do eat when I wake up, I just eat normal food like someone would eat for dinner.

So here goes...

-Wake up (10 am): baby carrots and hummus until basically full, supplemented with a diet soda or water
-When I'm hungry again (2-3pm ish): grill some frozen chicken, usually 3 pieces or so. No oil or anything. Just spices. Then heat up some frozen vegetables and eat until full.
-When I'm hungry again (7 pm): a burger or something along those lines, usually supplemented with light ice cream or whatever

If I get hungry in between meals, I'll do something like have a whole wheat hot pocket, eat hard-boiled egg whites or defrost some frozen shrimp.

I do mix things up a fair amount though, but this is what I might call my "most typical" type of day.
