Re: JTo in a 4/180
Flop is OK, raise turn once the J hits.

I´m sure that a flop-raise is the best way to keep the pot small! [/ QUOTE ] What if you get re-raised by a player behind? Or called? What's the plan on the turn? [ QUOTE ] And what are you doing if you got four callers, the pot grew to 540, the turn bricks (i.e. 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]) and Villain bets 300?? [/ QUOTE ] Fold. Villain is not going to bet into 5 others twice with anything hero can beat. Plus you also have to think about the players left to act, which is why this spot sucks so much. |

What if you get re-raised by a player behind? [/ QUOTE ] Fold - havíng a good feeling with it. Would you have a good feeling if you call and somebody behind you makes it 250 to go (which easily could be something like T9/T8)? [ QUOTE ] Or called? What's the plan on the turn? [/ QUOTE ] Fold, if OR bets again, otherwise check-fold, if someone behind me called. |

Re: JTo in a 4/180
Tackleberry,
you are basically doing the same thing that I would do. Folding to real strength shown on the flop and folding on the turn if bet into again (in case the turn is a blank). The only difference is that you put more money in a pot in which you have no interest anymore after your raise. I can see an argument of raising if you want to take the pot down right now .. but if you want to see what develops, a raise seems like a spew. HU I would raise all day long .. in a multiway pot there is a high chance that we are already beat. |

Re: JTo in a 4/180
raise the turn. We aren't folding on the river. So I am trying to get all the money in.
