You check and maybe call one bet. If it's 2 you fold. If you spike an A or Q you still check/call because you are typically up against one of 5 hands in this situation anyways. Those being AA, KK, QQ, JJ and AK. I say maybe call one bet because there are at least 11 bets in the pot. Typically, I realease this hand on the flop because I don't have any backdoor straight or flush possibilities that may make me a strong hand with the possibility of me spiking an A or Q and still losing.
