[ QUOTE ]
beat: I had a $5.16 bill at KFC and had a $5 bill and a quarter and 2 pennies in my pocket. So I give the guy $5.26 and he stares at his hand. Then proceeds to put the penny on the counter and get me .09 change and give me the penny back.

Things I didnt say...Are you [censored] serious sir? Is that math too complex?

Things I did say "Do you like to play poker?"

Things I may say next time..."nh" "gg" and "haha cashieraments"

Anyone else get pissed off when basic thinking skills are not used by people around them?

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, yes I do.

I was saying what I had in my pocket. I only gave him 1 of those 2 pennies. I was saying that to get the point accross I didnt have a dime and a nickel too.

Now I have a nickel and 6 pennies in my pocket.

Nice, I was about to make that comment too, beat me to it.... although to be fair it could be that OP had $5.27 on him and simply gave the cashier $5.26 of it...

i am actually pretty good at math and a relatively quick thinker, but for some reason getting change back in useful denominations always messes with my head.
