Re: wtf push ldo
push
He can have slowplayed sets, two pair, all sorts of crap. Loose passive guys play bad. I really don't like the overbet size. I'd either make a more standard bet, or like $150 if I were going to overbet. |

Re: wtf push ldo
after considering 33 and two pair, i think call only.
would villain call only with 333 on turn with players behind and flush draw present? would weak passive take a $30 card off to the nuts with players behind? It just seems to me that over and over when a weak limping type comes alive after a certain card falls, a majority of the time they show the nuts. Especially with a minraise such as this. If the perceived nuts to villain was possibly a picked up two pair on river, then will he payoff a big river 3 bet? its kinda weak, but i think call. |

Re: wtf push ldo
nobody folds sets... sometimes people slowplay sets when they shouldn't... shove and if he's got the nuts then more power to him

Re: wtf push ldo
If I were at this table, and the player just called with the second nuts. I would laugh and quickly put a note on them about how bad they play...
You have to Re-Raise. It'll be the right play many more times than the wrong one. |
