Re: Foxwoods 5/10 LHE
I'm with Pisan, the 10/20 daytime Friday game will generally have some good players and few awful ones. Late afternoon/evening the fish arrive. Also, the last few Fridays I have gotten in around 1-3pm and the wait for 10/20 can be a couple of hours. But when they start a "Must Move" game that is the jackpot. There could be as many as 3 or 4 really bad players sitting down to that game. When they call my initials to move to the main game my heart drops. And I can only hope that the fish go on a roll that brings them to the main game too. More often than not they don't make it.
If you want to try the 10/20 you should be a solid winner at the 4/8. Also, don't be afraid to mix it up. If the 10/20 table is no good then play the 5/10. And maybe play the 5/10 anyway until a spot opens in the 10/20. The last few months late Friday evening at some point the 10/20 becomes open seating. Pisan and Flavio do I know you guys? I usually wear a black Knicks cap, play Friday's and Saturdays (though the past two weekends I was up on Saturday and Sunday). I talk alot. Were you there the past two weekends? Say hi if you see me - same to OP. |

Re: Foxwoods 5/10 LHE
If you get there at 9am you'll probably be starting the 5/10 table, which tends to fizzle out around 5AM. If that 30-45 wait bugs you try getting there around 10:30.
