What are the conditions of wearing the suit?

Do you have to wear it 100% of the time (never taking it off)?
What happens if you take it off?
What if you're deep sea diving off your brand new yacht and a large fish tears the vest clean off, does this count as taking it off (assuming taking it off = death)?

according to my 'billionaire' buddy, you can take it off but only to wash it.

but if u do take it off? that wasn't discussed. i guess this billion dollar propbet is on the honor system.

as for me, i would blow the funnyman and watch the second half in the comfort of my own clothes. and not even think twice about buying the stadium a few rounds of $10 beers.
