Perhaps I'm missing something, but why are we raising the river? If Villain is blufftacular, he's going to fold his desperate donkbet bluffhands and value-3bet the bigger flush he could very well be holding, since we have the third-worst possible flush.
Of course, if Villain is such a moron that in the action provided in OP's read, it went Villain bluffs with J-high, Hero raises his boat, Villain pulls the ol' bluffcall with J-high, then [censored] yeah, raise it up, since he'll pay off with schmutz.
