Is it hard to change the password? If not we could just make up a list of passwords and have him change it weekly or monthly.

I can't imagine and I'll float that idea by him. Still, if it comes down to a headache of monintoring heavy activity on them with all the other stuff he's got going on--I'm not sure that'll be enough.

Any way to make it a pool of passwords and hand out unique passwords to everyone? Then ban the source of the leak.
