It's not obvious you're behind, because JJ and TT are both possible, but I'll admit that's only 6 combos versus the 16 available combos of AK. On the bright side, you do at least have a strong redraw versus AK.

So, let's see, you win nearly always versus an underset, while you also win about a third versus AK. That makes you roughly a coinflip versus that AK/JJ-TT range, and there is also some chance Villain has AQ or just smooth-called your preflop 3-bet with KK or AA. I think you might as well go ahead and get the money in.

By my reckoning you could call in a rakeless game if he exposed AK - you're getting nearly 2-1 and are slightly better than that. Against anything else you crush
Why would you ever consider folding?
EDIT: The price you're getting is critical in these situations when the pot is large. Simply 'being behind' is not a reason to fold in itself.
