You can't; the calculator is not set up to handle three-way draws.

However, you could solve specific cases using twodimes and take an average over a decent-sized sample, to get some idea of what your odds are of having the best hand.

But, that is not really the right question. Your chance of being ahead probably exceeds 50%. But it is your chance of being ahead when called that matters. (If your opponents called blind there would be no question that you should bet here. If they never called without an 8 or better you should never bet.)
