seven stars is 100,000 tier points a year, which is $1M coin-in for video poker ($500k for slots).

I don't think it's possible to make ANY higher tier of VIP at Harrah's playing just regular poker. it's possible they only give reward credits for time played, and no tier credits. I'll try and confirm this on my next trip.
