It would seem having the entire table walk out on you should be all the response you really need. You don't need us to chime in with "yeah--you sucked hard" (which you did).

And yeah, technically the "let's just split" is not permitted. And you pushing half the pot to the guy afterwards is also not technically permitted since that's effectively moving chips between players. But once you make a deal, you stick to it. If the casino insists you cannot split the pot and cannot push the guy half, you take $10 outta yer pocket and give it to him away from the table. But you do whatever you can do to make good on the deal you made.
