Dealer is human. He might have cost you a future bet or maybe not. Charge him just in case with a drought of tips. Standard.

Playing hard for your money isn't a leak.

No, but getting worked up to the point of a seizure (and then to come home and post about it) for a rather trivial error certainly is. Dealer made a mistake, but OP made a bigger mistake by letting his emotions get the better of him. Which one is more -EV?

Get over it and yourself.

To quote a great man:

Are you kidding me?

So is it cool to just wait for this dealer in the parking lot or what?

[/ QUOTE ]

No, but it's a good way to get yourself perma banned from the casino and possibly arrested.

Mistakes happen, get over it. It's not costing you a fortune or your retirement money, and in fact probably nothing at all.

Can we have thread subjects that at least vaguely represent what the post is about?

Let me guess when you picked up your cards to look at them before mucking (what for?) you did it in a way that pretty much looks to everyone that you are showing them to your neighbor.

If you do something that looks like you are showing them to someone, i don't care what your motive was, I don't care if your neighbor says he saw them, you showed them.

I look at my cards and muck.

I have always wondered why people do this. I don't see it much when playing live but i see all the time on TV.

What exactly is the purpose of looking at your cards after the hand is over and you win? You obviously know exactly what you have. Is it like a "haha I bluffed you" type thing?

Whenever I see this on TV, i automatically get the impression that the said person is a D-bag. Am i wrong in this assumption?

Can you please explain your need to peak at your cards after you have won the hand?

I think you brought the problem on yourself. If you had never taken that last look before you mucked than your opponent would have nothing to complain about. Moral of the story, don't be a D-bag, just muck.
