Calling and checking turn will get another bet out of bluffs, but a lot of made hands that we beat are going for some pot control stuff here a lot of the time I think. If we call with the intention of c/ring turn I think we're gonna see a lot of free rivers.

Between calling and leading turn, and raising flop, which do you think is better here of these two?

3betting flop, calling flop and leading turn, or calling flop and check-raising turn all work pretty equally. Shove flop if he stacks off light. Call flop and check-shove turn if he'll bluff his missed draw a high % of time. Call flop and lead turn if he won't bluff his draws.

Are you asking if we should slow roll instead?

I just 3 bet since smart villains aren't betting the turn with a naked K.

call, lead non-[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] turns. c/f [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] turns. curse computer on K turns, and probably check/call.

Is there never any slowing down in this situation to be concerned about a set? Do we just always get stacked with AA if he hit a set on this board?

Vs. smart player I 3-bet here since you're more likely to stack Kx that thinks you might be on a heart draw, and for the given reasons re: free river cards already stated.
