I told my Dr. that I get migraine headaches, and she started cracking my neck ever since.

anyone crack their elbows? quite possibly the best feeling EVER. I crack basically every body part I can, and the elbows rock.
I'll try to describe best I can, but straighten arms, have one hand hold other hand, and push elbows outwards, while keeping your arms straight. Cracks one at a time, but it rocks. Shoulders are fun too |

I love cracking.
i crack knuckles, neck, hips, toes, shoulders, wrists, and back. i especially love the wrist and toe cracks, such a great feeling. the wrist is quite easy. if anyone wants to do it, just bend your wrist inwards and push down with the other hand. toes are fun too. just pull your toes str8 out. you have to use the opposite hand of your foot tho. for example if you want to crack your right toes, you have to use your left hand. i like doing the shoulder too but i can only crack my right shoulder. i can also crack my second knuckle(the one right next to the fingernails). but it hurts like hell so i dont do it. the best is when you just wake up and you crack EVERYTHING, such a sick feeling. i hate having to wait for the bubbles to regenerate before i can pop em again. man i am such a cracking degen |
