As usual in a shorthanded game, knowing your opponent is everything. Key question is: "Is this guy capable of bluffing at this pot?" If yes, you should check the turn, else bet.

Most likely scenario is that he has 2 overs. If so, and he is a straightforward player, then you must bet the turn in order to win the pot right there. If he raises, and he is a straightforward player, then it is a super easy fold. But if he is a tricky player, this is a board that begs for a bluff raise, which is why I would lean toward checking against tricky players. You only bet against a tricky player if you are running hot against him and plan to call down his (hopeful) bluff.
