I bet turn and fold to a raise vs unknown. It's an ugly spot, but your hand lost all of its value.

there are two cards in the deck that can beat him and it's a blind battle

You guys opting to call are showing down with A high too in this spot? Cause given the size of his river bet I think our hand is equivalent to that.

I call, he can have missed spades or nothing pretty often, and your hand is under repped.

[/ QUOTE ]

How is our hand under repped? I think it looks like we have exactly what we have here, or possibly QQ+. At my lower stakes I find a lot of people betting smaller to get value of the hands you are repping here (T or QQ+) if they do have a J. So I would probably call and expect to see a missed draw a lot, and sometimes a J. Against your tougher opps at 10/20 I don't know... Even though I say I would call, I probably mix in too many folds in this spot though.

That is the only argument I can see for calling since he's clearly good enough to try and force us off a split. If jmc was making a move on this hand then it is much more likely that he would be raising the flop given the board texture. However since he flat-called on that street we can imo assign a much larger portion of his range to jacks, the remainder being mid-pockets I should imagine. In a vacuum I think you have to fold here.
