Find the really terrible player at the table and isolate him in position. If every player at the table is this player then play ABC as stated.

I went to a homegame with "high stakes 2/5players" and they were all horrible. Playing TAG (squeezing, 3betting vs wide open raises, etc) is suicide. Get in cheap (play pretty passive PF) and take everyone to valuetown.
