Yes the pf raise really is too small because you will be OOP to both limpers and with the deeper than standard stack for petpetpet he has good direct (due to the limpers call) and implied odds with position. What is your image at the table / with villain? Do you think he has a lot of hands on you? If he thinks you're TAG, fastplaying a set would be perfect on a dry board. As played I think it's a fold against a (assumed TAG) MTer.

If you think it's a WA/WB situation you almost never shove because you force villain to play perfect poker (he folds every hand worse than yours and calls with every hand better).
