i'm gonna recommend a loose passive play that costs the same amt as one that discovers "where u are"....

how about you just call the 3 bet on the flop and the bet on turn? this will let u show down for about the same price in a WAWB situation? u'll also get a chance to catch a J or a 5 to beat 22...

well.. i guess my line is even fishier/passive... i'd just check/call turn to see cuz u'll spend the same amoutn in a bet/fold anyways, but this way u get a chance to catch a miracle on the river... he may very well have something like 88 that's trying to knock out overcards...

You arn't putting in same amount because now you still have no idea where you are and probably have to bet in another bet on river UI.

Hmm I don't think there's a difference if you call 3 and lead turn and get raised than cap and lead, sure you are spending an extra bet to give other players a little more info on your hand, but turn raise is all the info we need imo and we are just wasting one sb.

you're missing that the flop cap is often for value.

unless villains are passive, flop bets/raises often dont carry alot of weight. on dry boards like these in raised pots, your AA-JJ often rates to be the best hand. you should play them as such.

I mucked. The turn was a ten the river was a 7. The turn went bet raise call. The river went check check. They showed 88 and 99

I 3 bet flop for value. I think MP has TT or worse, and it looks like BB has a hand like 77. It's hard to put BB on a 5 unless he's a total moron. He could have 22, or A5, but those are the breaks. If the flop gets capped, I just call down unless it's 2 to me on a given street.

I continue to play the turn strong regardless of what card comes. If I get CRed on the turn, I'm gone. If it's a bet and a call, I raise, and fold to a 3 bet. If it's bet and raised on the turn, I'm also gone.

You can't just call this flop, b/c it could go bet/raise again on the turn with you still ahead. If BB leads again with 77 or w/e, MP is autoraising ANY showdown hand thinking "OMG the pot is big I have to protect and knock out AK with I am 100% sure hero has"

Don't post results. At least not so early.

Folding this until you see at least an overcard is not good.

Nobody 4bet you PF, and you'll get 4bet by AK, QQ KK and AA in a 3way pot at this limit almost all the time.(at least that's how it was last I was watching ~8 months ago)

Very seldom is someone going to have a higher pair than yours on the flop. It's more likely you're against a boat or quads than Aces or Kings.

I'm really surprised at how many people are recommending bet-fold the turn?

I could check and call two cold and feel good about it.

U have to BF the turn if you 3 bet the flop and they either cap or call. The pot is uberprotected.
