Re: 100NL, 73 2pr on monotone flop, gets minraised by shortie
He could be just trying to buy a free card with the Ah. I call and hope for a brick turn. If turn is a brick, lead out. If turn is a hear, check fold. IMHO you are good more often than not vs. BS short stacks like this with two pair and you get much better EV putting money in after a brick turn than reraising the flop.

I think that this is a ridiculously easy shove given how he only has 30 bbs pf. If he has the flush, gg bbv. [/ QUOTE ] oops missed stack sizes all in |

[ QUOTE ] *grunch* Call, reevaluate, and hope for a boat. Definitely don't rasie or fold. [/ QUOTE ] So you're saying he only does this with a flush? [/ QUOTE ] No, but its not worth raising then getting pushed on to find out (with his stack size you should probably just push here, but if he was, say 75 bb deep then my original line holds). bottom two pair if a fundamentally weak holding. anything that is better than one pair beats you. |

I would stop and go betting 60% of the pot on a non scarecard, thus destroying his odds.
