Since you were sitting right there and didn't say anything until after the hand, you're probably very technically on the hook. Since these guys are your friends I'd assume they'd feel bad enough about taking your 12k here when they all but lost it on purpose that they wouldn't make you pay.

Edit: Without having been there its hard to tell how much you acknowledged/agreed to them playing your money high. If you were well aware they weren't gonna try very hard to win its a different situation.

obviously this is [censored] and didnt happen (although I'd love to see the alleged video). but obviously you owe the money. if he had folded, no way you would have been like "wow, that was the dumbest push ever. I'm not taking any share of the money from that pot because I wouldnt have wanted to pay had we lost."
