I would not have pushed this hand with a maniac like this as shortstack.

in 2 hands the button is in the BBt800 (with 1380t) and the chipleader (or someone else) will take care of it.
i would first make sure to be ITM

I would not take the risk of busting out with t9 it's not like i'm the shortstack

Which is exactly why this push is excellent. You should know why if you are decent.

I'm depending on BB's calling range that should be very tight for the reason you mentioned that I highlighted. I'm not waiting for someone to bust shorty. I want to take every opportunity for chips, especially at these blinds and when it's such a clear ++++++ move.

BB has to be calling wider than 43.5% for this to be a fold.. no one is calling that wide.

If the BB is a decent player he will call with a decent hand bc even if he loses chances are the maniac is finishing 4th.

If not he will be chipleader and have a good chance of finishing 1st or 2nd instead of 3rd.

Beleive me i'm pushing wide, but not with T9

i might be wrong but pushing with T9 is imo a bluff you might as well push ATC because he's not calling with anything below T9
i tought you should be playing tight on the bubble
