Given the line you've taken, you have to fold the turn raise.
Against a tricky aggro with position, there are other lines to take that might be more profitable/easier to play. Sometimes I prefer just calling preflop for several reasons: 1) You can represent more hands 2) If you flop an ace, you can slowplay it and get more...if you three bet preflop and bet a flopped ace, you're probably not getting much action. 3) You can get to a showdown cheaper |

i wouldn't mind just calling preflop against an aggressive opponent for this very reason [/ QUOTE ] I agree with this idea. If the turn is indeed as tough to play as the OP makes it out to be, calling preflop and letting the villain stay in control will make life alot easier. |
