What does villain have in hand 2? Does he always have A4d here or can he have a hand like 44 believing villain is floating him?

hand 1, I don't like the call after he min raise on the flop, I would of 3 bet it and I would like a raise on the turn.

hand 2, is a call. A4 is the one hand your worried about. Its a huge overbet of the pot. I think he has A2d.
As played call.
