to big or to small ?

I used to make the ranges in spots like this like almost any 2 , but like recently I've been thinking that alot of guys dont push that much from utg even on a small stack.
Cantgoleft is one of them.

what range you think is good ?

22+ A2+ k6+ any 2 face cards ?

Yes but hes probably pushing stuff like low aces, KT, QJ etc etc

Unless he is the biggest rock in the world his range is wide enough that I would basically ignore his bet and do whatever I would have done otherwise.
