you have a comfortable stack I think this is worth a call to see a flop where you can comfortably attempt a CRAI against a couple of big cards that will try to cbet. Other than that I don't think it is terrible spew to call off 1.5BB's here to see a flop and potentially play for stacks. If you are down to 10ish BB's i think this becomes shove/fold.

Disclaimer: I don't play this high (advice on how my thinking should change when I do would be great)

I push or call here - depending on reads (if he hasn't minraised before, it's a definite call - if he habitually minraises in LP it's a definite push). If he's loose calling raises/reraises/pushes, I might stop'n'go - if only to tell him to quit minraising my BB.

I don't think I ever fold this. It's a cheap price to see a flop with a nice hand. I can fold a bad flop with no regrets - my stack is still healthy.

Stack sizes are just about big enough to justify a call for set-value but TBH I don't worry that much about the implied odds here - having a chance to bust or at least cripple someone for a very cheap entry price more than makes up for any shortfall in implied odds - especially with the stack sizes so even and approaching the bubble.
