Oh and kicker, a few weeks later we are talking to kid down the hall about this chick and this guy we'll call jon says she crazy in the sack, well my buddy of course agrees because apparently she was going nuts. Come to find out she was hooking up with "jon" in her own room from about 3am till 3 45 when he left, and literally minutes later she came to our room for my roomate. ouch.

This will just be a funny story, I know you are pissed about it now. I spewed all over my friends new couch when we were 15 or something his mum ended up having to throw it out and hated me for a year now i'm 24 and I can have a beer with his mum and a good laugh about it.

I'm not sure how much experience you have with alcohol but personally I've pissed quite a few places that I didn't mean too when I was bombed. In college I once got out of bed and walked over to my girlfriends closet and pissed on her shoes, with her yelling the whole time. The next morning I had no memory of it. I didn't get any for about a week after that. I'm sure your friend feels bad enough about it, so I see no need in being a dick or taking money from him. I wouldn't hesitate to break his balls about it though.
