1. This is 25NL.
2. T9o rates to be a worse hand than villain's (especially if you've classified him as tight)
3. This might be breakeven with a CB..but, after quadruple barreling; only better hands will call.
4. Poor players go too far with just TP..it's probably THE main reason I/We can make money off them. This play only seems to justify their mistake.
