There are so many hands that you are way ahead of here, and only one hand that you lose to. You lose to Axspades..you beat, AsAx, KTh, AsQx, AsJx, 33, KxQs, AsTx. Seems to be it is likely the SB can have the As...also, there is a slim chance that the big stack has QJ with a spade. I don't think the big stack would just call with a flush lower than the nuts.
