Min bet on the flop wasn't horrible at all. $14 in the pot, opponent with at best 1 out from 41 cards, a $2 bet priced him out but he called anyway.
Min bets are known to induce bluffs from players who can't stand people who min bet. In this case, he was unlucky, I would expect a 6 to raise there unless OP hasn't been potting preflop with anything but AA.

Please explain how you "put him on quads"?????? Yes, he check-called a baby bet on the flop and checked to you again on the turn, that must mean he flopped trips? Definitely standard to check-call a tiny tiny bet when you flop trips in Omaha? Yeah, um no. There's no reason at all to suspect him of having a 6 in his hand before the river action.

Also, your flop bet is god-awful. Many opponents will read your gay gay bet as a monster, others will call you lightly because it's so cheap, but you're losing value all the way.

In omaha alot of people minbet if the flop is monotone or paired because if you do get the flush or trips, if you bet anymore than min everybody folds, and if you just check, you're giving away free cards. I usually just minbet to take it down right there. When villain called I knew he either had ace or 6. When turn was six I checked because he either has quads in which obviously I don't wanna bet( and he won't bet either or he will minbet but he wont try to bluff me out. When I bet the turn and he raised I knew right there he had the quads.

This hand played out as though the cards were face up. I'm gonna assume most of you are nl donks who can't read omaha hands.
