I'm folding preflop.....you are behind to virtually every hand that someone would raise with from early position (assuming he's not a total maniac, which is a safe assumption when dealing with an unkown). Additionally, being offsuited means you have very few ways to bail yourself out should you hit top or medium pair and are dominated.
