Take a walk, shower, something.
Also, the sugar comment was good. I get it occasionally, I'm 21 and I think it's just my body prepping for a long session. However, I've noticed some fresh air plus a quick shower/healthy snack usually works. |

Nope. I am a 6ft 150 lbs 21 year old. I eat like a fat kid but my metabolism is incredible. I do eat/drink pretty unhealthy, I think I will try to eat a little healthier in the next few weeks.

It seems obvious to me. I am not a bio-chemist, but it would seem that the anticipation of poker gets adrenaline going and your body secretes counter-active chemicals to compensate for the lack of activity. As suggested already, burn off that adrenaline by walking. Balance the system with a heaalthy meal. Avoid the caffeine type rushes because your body will just have to counter-act that too since you are only execising your clicking finger.
Also, chill out! You know you need patience to play well, you are already hyped before you even play and surely this leads to some anxious play, if you're still awake. |
