Re: AA cracked
My Question is:
"how do you make money as a 13/6/2 at Stars 0.5/1" ? Surely you are leaving a lot on the table Are you playing this nitty due to multitabling or lack of confidence? |

Well, the title says you got cracked, so open-fold PF. Seriously, though... [/ QUOTE ] |

Re: AA cracked
In answer to your question I play Skalansky's starting hands given in SSHE which if played from any position should give you a VP$P around 21.6 but I did not enter PP or middle or smaller suited connectors in EP and given an early raise, hands like AQo are not played as are the smallish PP and suited connectors.
I have been entering with PP more often hence my 20.6 the last couple of sessions. I open raise almost always so it has been difficult to get myself to do that with smallish PP and middle to lower suited connectors but have tried to do it to mix up my play. I do not claim to be a winner. I have been playing since late February almost everyday but not much more than an hour a day and right now after a loss yesterday, I am down $2.74 playing in the .25/.50 limit 10 max table total so I guess I am pretty much a breakeven player. I seems when I open up my play I lose and then revert back to tight play but not as tight as I was so I am making progress loosening up my game So my total figures are for 3 months are 13.14/6.41/1.93 and rising. Re: AA cracked
Don't raise with small PP's and suited connectors. At loose tables you can open-limp.
