If every time you sat down you would be assigned a name based on your seat, so player1, player2, players3, etc.. This would make people pay attention and only hurt the 10+ tablers. This would stop the tracking programs that have hurt the qualtiy of the games since they came in existance. It would also have to give some cushion for when someone leaves a table so you know if the fish or shark has left or moved seats. I know I would try it out if a site offered it.

This will be the future of online poker.

true in live poker people arent wearing masks but they also dont have computers tracking every hand on 10+ tables slowing and tightening up the games to make 2 dollars an hour per table

Uh... are you saying live players are unobservant? I recognize screen names all the time, not because of their PT stats. It wouldn't be poker if I didn't.

Also: what do bad break-even multi-tablers have to do with anything?

EDIT2: Really thinking about it, if everyone was named Player1, etc. then it would be much less personal and even MORE robotic playing. What about guys that change seats? You never know if it's someone at the table changing seats or someone who leaves and then another person joins. Another unfair disadvantage.

They have screen names, but HHs are delivered with Player1, Player2, etc.

All you PT and HUD users make me sick. Of course your against this idea. The fact is, you can't win/breakeven without cheating...

How is it cheating again? If a site allows it, it isn't cheating. PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

And what makes you think those that use it can't win? Brian Townsend and Taylor Caby both don't use it simply because they don't need to since the player base at their levels is so small, but they have both said that they recommend that everyone use them at lower stakes.

I don't like this idea, simply because it favors bots.
