he might put you on AK, but in this spot he's most likely just looking at his hand value in absolutes, relative to the board and not what you have

With a villain range {QQ, JJ, TT, 88, 33, AJ, KJ, QJ, JT, J9, J8, AcXc, KcQc, KcTc, Kc8c, QcTc, Qc8c, Jc8c, Tc8c, Tc7c, 8c7c, 8c6c, 8c5c, T9} a call is a losing proposition, even with all that dead money.

However, the call is only worth about -$60, so feel free to take a bad gamble and call it "metagame".

Of course, if you think he might push a worse made hand (like an 8) then it's time for a fun +variance call.

ya i messed around w/ pstove a bit today trying to figure it out. i think that's a pretty decent range, and hey -ev of $60 bucks is worth it, haha.

he had KQcc, which talking to other people said that this means that my call was prob good. I am not 100% but I feel better about it.

snap call!

I had the sickest hand at 5-10 NL HU vs a maniac. My standard c-bet was $55. I raise preflop $30 OTB he calls.

Flop is K73. He checks,I bet $555. He jams for $700 on top. I call obviously and he has 89s. SHIP.

This happened vs someone else though and I had to fold, wanted to throw up
