This bothers me so much. This is not and by no means a standard raise pf. If I know villain is a super donk and folds often enough after limping, plus I have a good image then raise away. The more profitable play in the long run is to complete. I don't even raise AJos here and I even prefer folding to raising. Taylor Caby in several card runners videos completes with AQos.
