Hatton/Castillo 6/23 - Page 2

Tuds, I still read. I just don't reply as much as I used to. You guys are leaps and bounds ahead of me in boxing knowledge. I just feel useless lol.

With that said, I was on Castillo as well, him being the dog here and all. He is getting older, but Hatton will play into his style. Of course Hatton doesn't mind being inside either. I know Castillo is gonna land those left hooks and uppercuts, but I just wonder if those punches will dominate like they used to when he fights bigger opponents. It seems he'd be stronger though and in better condition since he doesn't have to strive to make weight, but that age factor starts to come in. He has the reach but obv it probably won't matter much.

I think this fight should be pretty exciting, and I've been waiting for it counting down the days. BTW, did either of you see the Malignaggi-N'Dou fight? I thought Paulie looked pretty sharp and if he does fight Hatton I think he'll have a good chance to take him if he can keep that good footwork and stay out of clinches and wrestling. I thought Hatton slightly won against Collazzo but I dunno if he beats Malignaggi. I don't wanna hijack the thread, but just looking ahead at possible matchups.

I'm surprised that no one is taking the under 11.5 rds at +180. For two guys who slug...i think +180 is a great price.

Mayweather Eats Hatton for Lunch. I hope that fight happens so I can unload on Floyd. PBF is the worst possible opponet style-wise for Hatton.

Oh well you can't win them all, but I'll be back in a couple of weeks when their is a triple header on HBO.
