no. you need to be much deeper than this. UTG doesn't even have 100bbs

what i meant is that there are several preconditions that need to be fullfilled when u can call pre-flop with speculative hands. So I say even if u change the stacksize of UTG to 100 BBs, its still a fold based on position.
