I check the turn, and I'm not sure if I'm being results orientated.

i would call an check/call blank river. the game was playing aggressive so that has to factor in to the decision.

I'm putting him on AJ/J9/98/A9/A8 here more than 99/AA/JJ. I'm calling this down I think.

wow so confusing

If we call here... how do we fold to a blank riv shove getting 2:1? I think if thats the case you have to call the river also. Anyone 3 bet turn?

[/ QUOTE ]

You are calling because you most have outs if he hit a straight. The board pairing on the river obviously commits you. And I cant imagine villain will fire river with less then a set if we call the turn. So even if we are offered 2-1, it would seem like a no brainer fold. More often then not, unless he has top set/straight, I think he checks river BECAUSE it would seem most likely that you would call getting 2-1 and therefore he would have to assume he has little to no FE. Thus his river bet would be pure value.

And NO, nobody 3bets this turn.

this hand is pretty [censored] no matter what you do. dont play bikstik hu (unless you're me and own his soul) this deep in the first place, he's supposed to be good right?

anyway, i think i probably call here against him and...i really dont know on the river(depending on card..), would depend a lot on the flow of the match that really only you would know

[/ QUOTE ]

The way the match had been playing I can't see myself folding 99 here.
