Don't think you have enough chips to call. Id fold. Shoving is spew... no reason to get 40bb's in with 77. If you had 18k, i like floating, especially if he is aggressive. If he shuts down when he misses then floating is fine with your stacks... you just dont have enough chips to try to figure where you're at post flop

Fold if he has been playing solid,

push if he is opening a lot of pots(which u said is not the case).

Call by far the worse option - unless the guy is really bad or u have a very specific read
