I'm not sure how the deep games actually play, but I can't imagine much slowplaying AA or KK preflop oop happens. I wouldn't be surprised to see 77-JJ here, or 66655 or 5555, and of course total bluff. Your hand looks more like any pair and he thinks you might fold. After playing him a fair amount HU, this is the scariest part of the hand to me. I think the river is a horrible card for you, but I would still fold. He has to be able to put you on a random 6, or an overpair and probably knows you won't fold so I would do so.
