80 is sufficient on the flop. id be more comfortable about overbetting pot on a 2 tone flop or something like that.

bet/folding the turn looks reasonable, but if thats your plan again, leading pot is spew. hes not going to look you up lighter if you bet 225 or something like that, so all betting less does on the turn is save you chips. I'd recommend it.

I would check this turn almost all of the time, then call a small bet on river or check it down if i can.

I think a turn bet here around 220 would fold out the same hands as a pot bet, and save you a few chips when you fold to the shove.

I think pot control is the best thing here. I would check turn and probably call a non read river if the bet was small enough. I would check river too if checked to me.
