Re: Does breast feeding feel good for the woman?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] I remember an old article I was reading about it encouraged women to enjoy it and even let it bring them to orgasm. [/ QUOTE ] This article - in Hustler or Swank? [/ QUOTE ] No idea. I found it in the bushes with the cover ripped off. |

Re: Does breast feeding feel good for the woman?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] A lot of women lie and say that it doesn't feel good because they don't want to encourage us to try to drink milk from their breasts. But really, women do enjoy it. In fact I have often managed to sneak a few sips of fresh breast milk from women on the subway, in the park or occasionally at my local deli just by being considerate, asking politely and giving them a look that says "don't lie to me, I am in the know." [/ QUOTE ] Gold. [/ QUOTE ] QFT |

Re: Does breast feeding feel good for the woman?
I've heard from at least one that she enjoyed the sensation. Has to be a weird set of emotions working there.

Re: Does breast feeding feel good for the woman?
In my wife's and many of her friends' cases, it was extremely painful and difficult and resulted in bruising, etc. Some babies and women are naturally good at it, some figure it out in time, and some never do.

Re: Does breast feeding feel good for the woman?
My female relatives nursed openly, and they never had difficulties, but I've heard a few stories of women who did. The only discomfort they ever mentioned was being too full of milk sometimes.

Re: Does breast feeding feel good for the woman?
Seems weird to us, but in Africa and some places in Asia, they keep doing it for even way longer than that.

Re: Does breast feeding feel good for the woman?
This site is pretty whacked:
http://www.lalecheleague.org/NB/NBMayJun02p99.html Our son is just turning three and even though I work part time as a reading teacher, we still enjoy a great breastfeeding relationship. I would strongly encourage baby-led weaning based on the benefits we have experienced. My husband and I feel strongly that meeting our child's needs will not spoil him, but not meeting his needs will. We firmly believe that when we meet our son's needs and entertain his healthy wants, we are giving him a loving example of how to treat others as individuals with love and respect. Babies' wants are babies' needs. As babies grow into toddlers their wants and needs separate. Parents must be insightful and cooperative in order to discern the difference between wants and needs as a child grows, and which wants should be appropriately indulged and which ones shouldn't. |

Re: Does breast feeding feel good for the woman?
"Babies wants are babies' needs" is one of the stupidest things I've heard a long time -- and I read OOT daily.
This lady seems to have a weird definition of toddlers, too. How old does she think a toddler is? If you're not toddling by the time you're three, it's time to imprison the parents for not visiting the doctor sooner. |

Re: Does breast feeding feel good for the woman?
I remember hearing on Howard Stern or something similar that their was a woman that was breast feeding her child at an age older than 9 or 10. If the child keeps milking, the mother will keep making it.
