i like raising the turn more

I do too. The villain could easily be just trying to protect JJ. When he bets out on the river K it makes me think that he has KJ or AJ. You might have got a free showdown had you re-raised the turn.

JJ has us drawing to two outs.

Remember that he was the last aggressor on the turn. This river bet isn't out of the blue.

Why do we want a free showdown?

So you think that UTG is opening with 66? A deuce? JJ is possible, but I'm not ready to give him credit for a set with only leading the turn. KK, QQ, and AJ (and a lot worse) look pretty good on the turn for villain.

Reraise turn, call down if capped.

Sorry, I meant that he could easly be protecting a J that he just paired. A set would leave you in bad shape, obviously.

I didn't post very well here.
So if you read that he has Jx and hit a J on the turn and raises. You decide to re-raise and he calls (you being the aggressor on the turn). If he bets out the river I would put him on KJ or maybe AJ. I still might be completely wrong, but that is what I was trying to comunicate.

Hair of the Dog,

I agree that if you three-bet the turn and he calls and then leads the river, just calling the river is the best play.
