Very true. And actually very intelligent and witty as well, which is why it's been 2.5 years and not a fling. Bill Gates is paying for her to go to school, Full Ride. I'm pretty lucky, all thing considered. It's just been pretty hard on her, understandably.

My Brother had a similar thing happen with his gf like a year ago. Her 21yr old brother died out of no were in a gun accident. Best of luck, the coming months are going to be difficult, not a whole lot you can do but be there for her and her fam.
